Al Ain has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua. The signing ceremony was attended by Gu Jiqing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shanghai Shenhua Football Club, and Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, a member of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports Club, along with a number of officials from both clubs. On behalf of Al Ain Club, the memorandum was signed by Rashid Abdullah, Executive Director of Al Ain Club Investment Company, and on behalf of Shanghai Shenhua Club by Wang Shouwei, the club's General Manager. The memorandum of understanding aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in several strategic areas, including the exchange of technical expertise, the development of youth categories, cooperation in the field of scouting and attracting talents, as well as sharing knowledge in the field of sports management.
